In 20 seconds, the green LED comes on to indicate 'Ready'. The unit enters into the testing mode. Wait 10 seconds, then exhale to the sensor to see the test results as follows:
GREEN LED on: Safe - under 0.02% blood alcohol content
YELLOW LED on: Caution - 0.02% to 0.05% blood alcohol content
RED and YELLOW LEDs light on: Danger - over 0.05% blood alcohol content
